中央研究院資訊科學研究所的「研究資料寄存所」（depositar）團隊，致力於協助國內研究團隊提升研究資料管理實務能力，現行至2025年底提供 研究資料管理線上諮詢，協助您與團隊研究資料管理問題快速釐清並落地執行。無論是剛開始DMP、想建立研究資料管理（RDM）流程，或在 depositar 上傳／整理資料集遇到卡關，都歡迎帶著問題來聊聊。

We are the depositar team at the Institute of Information Science, Academia Sinica, dedicated to supporting research teams in improving their research data management (RDM) practices. Until the end of 2025, we are offering Research Data Management Remote Office Hours to help you address RDM questions—whether you are starting a DMP, setting up an RDM workflow, or encountering issues uploading or organizing datasets on the depositar. You’re welcome to bring your questions and talk with us.
How does the Office Hour work:
- The consultation is by online appointment. Please fill out the form below and select a time slot that works for you. We will contact you via email or phone.
- The consultation will last about 30 minutes and can be adjusted based on the situation
You can consult on the following topics:
- DMP (Data Management Plan): What information to include in a DMP, how to make sure the plan is both detailed and easy to read.
- RDM (Research Data Management): File naming and version control, backup strategies, access permissions and collaboration processes, handling sensitive data
- Using the depositar: Planning your dataset structure, creating metadata, license selection, timing of publication, citation methods
